Heitkamp introduces bill to allow credit for ag exports to Cuba

WASHINGTON -- After a major hearing on U.S. agricultural trade with Cuba, Sen. Heidi Heikamp, D-N.D., on April 22 introduced a bill to lift the ban on private banks and companies from offering credit for agricultural exports to Cuba.
